Must like dogs, must be working and must be tidy.

Can provide bedding. Room has wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers. Full use of kitchen/bathroom facilities.

Although I am a smoker - there is no smoking inside.

Will only consider someone that requires room Monday to Friday. Its cheaper than the local B&B's and you will be able to leave any personal belongings you wish to in the room - so no having to pack-up and carry all your belongings back and forth every week.

One Month's deposit is required in advance to hold as security against any damages etc. But this is negotiable so please contact me.
