Double room to rent in shared house

Looking for a new housemate to share our three bed house in Thatcham! The house is located within a five minute walk of the town centre and has a space for parking on the driveway and a decent sized garden out the back.

The communal living area has Sky TV and broadband, a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The large upstairs bathroom includes a bath and separate shower cubicle, has just been freshly decorated and will be shared with the other housemates. There's also an extra toilet downstairs.

The double room for rent has a large built in wardrobe and can be either furnished or unfurnished, the choice is yours! The photos show the current occupant's furniture but I have a bed, two bedside tables and chest of drawers that can be put in there if you wish...

At the point you move in, the house will be occupied by three people - me (the landlord) and another couple who share a bedroom. However, they are buying their own place and are due to move out shortly so will be replaced by one new person (I'm making them sound like disposable objects but they are my friends, honest)!

The three of us living here at the moment are all clean, tidy professionals who are at work during the day and spend most evenings at home chilling, possibly watching sport or a movie, maybe with a drink or two. We feel the room would suit someone who has a similar lifestyle and wants to enjoy living with other people, rather than a recluse who spends the whole time in their room. That said, we do understand the need for quiet time and privacy!
