I am a professional photographer who works from home, so although it is share of bathroom, kitchen / dinner, i can pretty much work around your schedule.

*Bedding, towels washed and room cleaned weekly.

A Monday to Friday let Only. Would suit a professional business person accommodation Monday to Friday.

The house is in a quiet residential area in Tilehurst, with plenty of off road parking. Would suit professional person. All bills included.

The house has recently been refurbished including new modern kitchen/dinner & bathroom with separate shower and a TV! 2nd downstairs toilet, Kitchen/Utility room has Double oven, microwave, two fridges and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. All rooms have been newly decorated including new beds & carpets.

Share of bathroom, kitchen/dinner and utility room. I have a small friendly dog, so if you are not comfortable around dogs, this wouldn't be right for you.



Good for transport links into Reading, bus stop 2 mins walk away. Less than 5 mins drive from Junction 12 M4, great for links to London & Oxford.

£250 deposit plus 1 weeks rent in advance.
