Double room with en suite
We are looking for a professional person or a sensible student (no parties please) to live in our family home. There are 4 of us - 2 children, aged 8 & 11 (mostly well behaved), dad and children suffer from asthma so a non smoker only, please.
The room is a large double with an en suite, fully furnished, with TV and wifi access. You will have an access to our living room and a big garden. Own fridge and cupboard to store food in the kitchen. We also have a mini gym in the garage with a running machine and some weights you are welcome to use. There is one parking space available. All bills included at the moment apart from the telephone bill.
The house is situated next to A4 with easy access to Henley (10mins), Reading (20mins) or Maidenhead (15) and the Marlow bypass leading to the M40 (15 mins).
There are buses to Reading, Henley, Maidenhead and Bracknell - bus stop is a short 10 minute walk. Twyford train station (one stop to Reading, 30mins to London) is about 25mins walk.
Convenience store and garage is nearby.
Twyford village with Waitrose, Tesco Express and many restaurants & pubs only 20 mins walk.
