Double Room to rent in a beautiful cottage

I currently have a double room to rent in a newly refurbished cottage. It has a built in wardrobe and double bed with some storage space also available.

The bathroom, kitchen and living room would be shared and I have broadband and Sky+ HD installed in the property.

I am a sociable person who is looking for someone also bubbly and social to share the house with me.

There is off road parking and the property is gated, so very secure. Parking is just outside the gates.
There is also a patio area out the front of the cottage which we are able to use.

Only a 5 minute drive from Twyford train station and the centre of Twyford.
