Room in large semi - on vodafone bus route

Must be a dog lover as I have a lovely friendly black Labrador - who rules the roost! The room is a large double bedroom at the front of the house - situated in a quiet residential area. The room is newly decorated, furnished (double bed, with Large built in cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet), TV point. The kitchen is a good size with all facilities + a large table and a door out to the southwest facing back garden - perfect in the sun! Modern bathroom with bath and separate power shower. I would prefer Mon to Fri but would consider a full time lodger at a slightly increased price. please contact me to arrange a viewing.:-)
