Great location in central Windsor
Trinity Place is IMHO the best street in Windsor both in looks - with all the houses being grade II listed - and convenience for the town centre.
The flat is modern internally and well appointed. The kitchen has top-of-the-range appliances including two cookers, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has two sofas, an HD TV, Virgin cable (60 MB broadband), Virgin cable TV and a 5 speaker cinema sound system. Both front rooms have views of the castle. The bathroom has a luxurious overhead shower rose.
The available room is a single bedroom with a great view over the large garden. The window faces west so you get beautiful evening sunshine. This is also away from the street so there is no noise from the street at night (although aircraft can be a problem sometimes). Furniture is provided, as is bedding, if required.
There is a large garden area in the back which is ideal for barbecues (bbq provided) or just relaxing.
I run my own company and I am also a local Conservative councillor. I am very easy going and enjoy socialising. As its such a nice flat I do like to keep it reasonably tidy, so I'm looking for a professional person who will treat it with respect. It's on the top floor in a building with old-fashioned high ceilings so bear in mind there are a few stairs.
There is one off-road parking space available (shared with other flats) and on-street permits are available. Parking is surprisingly easy for such a central location.
