Double room in Windsor (incl. Cleaner& all bills)

I have a double bedroom available for single occupancy to share with one female tenant on the first floor of the house. I have my own living areas on the ground floor.

The room has high ceiling with and window facing the back garden. The room comes with double bed and mattress, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawer, table and chairs, storage shelf and a mirror. Room is 3.8x4.2m. Video is for the wrong room.

Both rooms have their own TV points and wireless broadband is available. On the first floor, there are also one bathroom and a small but cosy living room with dinning table ,sofa, ironing board and drying rack for laundries for these two rooms to share.

Kitchen is on the ground floor and shared with downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, dish washer, The price includes bills i. e. gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband, weekly cleaner but excludes phone bills.

The house is located in quite residential area of west Windsor. Just over 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive to Town Centre, 2 mins walk to local amenities. It has a drive way, garage for bikes storage as well as plenty of off road parking. There is also a bus stop few mins away.

I am looking for clean, tidy, working professionals.
