The room is spacious and bright, it has a single bed and a very large wardrobe (double room size but for single person only). The décor is simple (not modernised), you may want to give it your own character/imprint. Suits best a single non smoking female (may consider male if suitable female not found). Commuters most welcome. Not suitable for those wanting to socialise as it has its own floor and only entrance hall is shared. Room suits someone who values much their privacy over 'shared property' and socialises outside home. It's approximately one and a half mile from town centre. Parking is available, bus stop is very close. You would have virtually sole use of large bathroom, also sole use of separate kitchenette. Please do not hesitate to ask further questions.
