Hi, this is a no smoking happy house, although you can smoke in the garden. I am 2 mins walk from the harvester and windsor racecourse. and 5 mins walk to the amazing go gos riverside restaurant at the mariner. 1 minute drive to windsor bypass.. 13 min walk into town or supermarket. 3 mins to corner shop. i trained as an accountant and have rented nice rooms to nice people for about 15 years. The rooms available were rented to a couple and the chap has been my lodger for over 10 years. The other existing lodgers are all hard working, nice people. They have been with me for several years. The rooms are clean and tidy and have lots of built in storage. A cleaning rota helps keep the house clean. The two rooms share one bathroom with separate access hallway to the bathroom from both rooms. The house has three bathrooms. note new bathroom fitted Aug 2020., lovely garden. Bills are about 42..00 per month, (included in the 465..00 price) there will not be any extra charge if you are all careful with energy use. The internet is 7.00 per month at present I pay the council tax.
