Large dbl room in great house nr Windsor centre

I have a double room to rent in a great Victorian terraced house. The room contains a double bed, with storage underneath, a large wardrobe and bedside table. It has central heating and double glazing.

The house is mine, is recently refurbished, furnished to a high standard, and is well-maintained. The house has a large living and dining room, conservatory, kitchen, two bathrooms and a lovely south-facing garden, with a decked area.

It's located very near the town centre, and both train stations. An on-street parking permit is included in the rental price, which is invaluable for Windsor.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, BT Infinity broadband (including BT sport), TV, and all bills, (including a cleaner), are included in the monthly price.

I'm sociable and outgoing, and I'm looking for one person (rather than a couple) to share my house who is friendly, professional, tidy and who doesn't smoke.

My current housemate is moving away, and the room is available from 2 June.
