Double Room in Windsor Town Centre
Having lived in this beautiful house (above Hotel Chocolat) on Peascod Street
***LET AGREED, NO LONGER AVAILABLE***
- Windsor high street - for the last 3 years it is finally time to move on and I am looking for someone to replace me, and join my two other housemates.
The room is a large unfurnished double with UPV double glazing, and a built in wardrobe. Communal areas include kitchen, large living room, shared bathroom and separate wc.
Ideally my replacement would be a friendly young professional, as both of my current housemates are friendly easy going people (who are both clean & tidy).
The move in date is March 19th or April 19th depending on how quickly the administration side of things can be processed, the rent is £420 a month and bills are approximately £80. There is a £240 administration fee, referencing fee, and £600 deposit required.
I look forward to hearing from you.
