Small study room in beautiful house

I have a room available from the 29 April.

It is a small room so ideal for someone who does not have much stuff and does not work from home all the time. I do have a big dry garage for storage for winter stuff if that helps.

Full size bunk with quality mattress and huge modern fitted desk underneath.
Full height mirrored wardrobe; two sets of drawers.
Very modern bathroom just shared with other lodger and she is often away.
Comfy lounge with new 65 TV and fully equipped kitchen. Amazing full sun garden. All recent pictures apart from the garden photo from last summer.

The house in set in a quiet close a 6 min walk from Winnersh Station with the Meadows 2 mins away.

The house is shared with myself and a 29 year old German girl who had been here 4 years. I said no pets, but a cat would be ok.

I work at Reading Uni and she is in the film industry. We are both into fitness, surfing, volleyball and travelling.
We are looking for a sociable, friendly, clean and considerate addition to our house.

All bills included and super fast Internet. Garage contains well equipped gym with bench, rings and loads of free weights along with fitted yoga mats.
Everything in the house is available to share and off road parking available.

Female preferred as sharing bathroom with another girl but not a deal breaker if you are the right guy.
