The room has just become available because one housemate is relocating. The place is very spacious and nicely located. It is close to 2 shops and a chippy with restaurants on the other side of the road and bus stops. It is also a very short drive away from the M3 and the M4. The bedroom is big and furnished. This might very well suit someone who enjoys space, cooking and relaxing in front of the TV. There is a wireless connection to the internet.

I am NOT looking for people who work from home and also it is Only for single occupants as it is not a shared room.

I am looking for a tidy professional who will be happy to have this bedroom. the bathroom is shared with one flatmate only.

There is a large public car park area where you will be able to park your car.

£600 pm seems very fair on here due to the cost of living as all bills have risen and are included, compared to if you wanted to rent a house or flat yourself it would be twice what you would pay. very easygoing landlord.
