A double room available to rent very close to Wokingham town centre, and only five minutes walk from the train station. All bills are included in the rental price, including broadband & Virgin Media TV services. You will be able to use all areas of the house which is nice & spacious and has a lovely patio out the back which is South-West facing and is great for BBQs & socialising in the Summer!

In terms of furnishings the room will come with bed, TV point, bedside table, wardrobe and a small cabinet. If you have your own furnishings you may bring these as there is a spare room where other bits can be stored if not needed.

White goods include: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher & two fridge freezers.

I am the only current tenant in the house and manage the house for a friend who has recently moved to work abroad. It is a 3-bed property but I am only looking to fill one of the spare rooms so there is plenty of space in the house.

I am an easy going professional male aged 32 who mainly enjoys watching sport & going out with friends.
