Large single room in duplex maisonette above shops

Mainly unfurnished large single room. Estate agent would describe as double! Although previously a double bed has been in the room with no problems - hence 'mainly unfurnished'!.
Owner occupied with 20 yr old son (when he is here!)
Large kitchen and living room.
Not immaculate - I am hardly tidy- but comfortable and clean!. Cable or sat tv. Broadband/wifi.
Owner (me) is veggie, altho son is not.
Respectful tenant therefore preferred. Ie. No offal please!!!!!
Son and I work daft hours.. No pish heads please.
Will get a new single bed in if new tenant hasn't got one! Have wardrobe/drawer units etc.

I sound fussy - but am actually very laid back and easy going unless I detect BS.
Bit of a quiet person - but not anti social!!!
Usual stuff in kitchen like washing machine etc! Cupboard space etc.
Lovely area. Bus stop nearby. 15/20min walk to main station. 2 mins to a329m by car!
Small update. Current lodger has asked to stay another week as he is moving back to Europe. Apologies. Available now from 8th
