I have available a spacious, fully furnished double room in a 3 bed house. The 3rd bedroom has been converted into an office and is welcome to be used. The room is available from the 21st April on a mainly Monday-Friday basis (the occasional weekend wouldn't be a problem).

The house is nicely furnished and spacious with off-road parking, a garage and enclosed rear garden in a quiet neighborhood.
It is in a great location next to South Lake:
- Less than 10 minutes walk to Woodley center for shops, pubs, restaurants etc.
- Less than 5 minutes walk to Earley station for trains to Reading / London
- 10 minutes drive / cycle into Reading
- 10 minutes drive to the M4

I'm looking for £400 / month and this includes all bills. The house has:
- Gas central heating
- Instant hot water
- High speed wireless broadband
- Virgin TV (+TiVo box)
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine + tumble drier
- All other usual kitchen appliances

I'm 27 and a very easy going person. Due to work / hobbies (cycling, running, climbing) am rarely in many evenings during the week. However, when I am in I'm social and enjoy a nice beer from time to time.
