I'm looking for a female flat mate to share with me. Current flat mate moving out. Flat includes a large lounge with a balcony overlooking a very quiet communal garden. Newly decorated kitchen and bathroom. Spacious, furnished ( only missing a wardrobe) double bedroom, which will be newly decorated before new tenant moves in. Shared bathroom. I'm very tidy and clean so looking for someone with similar values. I have a cat who is very friendly. Possible acceptance of another cat. No Dogs! Bills not included in the price.
Close to M4 and short drives to early and twyford stations. Free parking at early.
Close to local amentities and walking distance to local pub.
