The newly renovated space has its own entrance leading to a light, bright lounge and stairs up to a private loft bedroom, with double bed, which is spacious and comfortable, with toilet and shower in a 'wet room' style.

Downstairs the lounge is open plan and elegant with a modern kitchen diner which opens out to the patio. You will love the sense of freedom and light - and the green garden setting makes this a very relaxing home and has the feel of luxurious living.

This is a separate entrance, simple lock-up and leave home which would be ideal for a single professional, although spacious enough for a couple.

We are on the Vodaphone and municipal bus routes, and with easy access to the A34 and M4 - for car drivers, and this would be advisable for maximum flexibility. 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket and petrol station.

No pets please, no smoking.
