Double Room to rent ASAP

My name is Adrian and I live with 2 other working professionals (all between 20-23 years old), we’ve known each other for some time now but we’re in desperate need for a fourth person to join us in our 4 bedroom house, It’s near the Ashton Gate Stadium (BS3).

The rent is £550 for the room (second photo) and then bills on top would come out to around £650 or if you wanted a bigger room it’ll be £700 (first photo) and then bills would make it £800 a month. It’s unfurnished but comes with white goods, we already have kitchen appliances and sofas all you’d need is a bed.
