Hi,
I have one double available in a 3 bed house for a lodger.
Only available short term. Monday - Friday arrangements are considered. Rent will be adjusted accordingly for Monday - Friday lets.
The house: a 3 bed, one bath house on a quiet street with a garden, and shed. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a living room (please note I don't watch live TV so there is no TV license in the house, but I have no objections should you wish to get it). There is on street parking.
Bills: internet and fortnightly cleaner is included. Council Tax (Band B) water, gas and electric bills split evenly. Rent paid month ahead and deposit required. I welcome tidy housemates and happy to have a cleaning rota.
Me: I am a single professional woman. I work Monday to Friday and am generally quiet. I enjoy watching TV, reading and playing video games.
Pet: I have one cat. He is shy but affectionate (once he gets to knows you) and is an indoor cat.
I am looking for someone who is tidy, chilled and friendly. Must be okay with cats.
