In our five-bedroom house you'll share the kitchen and conservatory, where we've got two fridges, a washing machine, dryer, and a gas hob.

There’s a toilet downstairs and a shower room upstairs. The double room we’re offering is on the second floor, right by the shower. You’ll have plenty of space with two roomy closets, plus a desk and chair for getting stuff done.

Cabot circus is a close walk from this property.

We’re all into paleontology and actually met during our masters. Interestingly, all of us are serving as teaching assistants. As a bunch of friendly professionals, we’re on the lookout for someone to join our house share as one of us moves out in July. We prefer accommodating a female flat mate based on the preferences of our current female occupants, though we remain open to considering all applicants.

The property's council tax band is B. At the moment each of us pay £31.80 per month council tax.
For utilities like electricity and gas new bills come in when we send meter readings so each only covers a week or so. I'd say that overall estimate is £50 a month on average. More in winter, less in summer.
