Professional Flat Share - Clifton

Hi, my name is Oscar and I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over from my current flatmate.

My current flatmate is moving out at the beginning of June and will need someone to move in on the 12th June.

Im looking for someone who will join me in having a place they’re proud of and can call home.

A bit about myself, I’m a young professional (26) working for a giving platform that provides surplus food to charities, where I mainly work from home. I have a keen interest in music production and collecting vinyls. I’m very social and have friends around regularly but also respect the shared living space. I also like going to a rave / festival from time to time!

So, who am I looking for?

I’m looking for someone equally social and has a shared love for music. As this is a long term share on a rolling tenancy, being social with the person you live with is quite important.

I’m a very clean person, so I’m also looking for someone who is also clean and respects the shared living space. Not keen to go back to uni kitchen days😂

About the room / flat:

This is a 2 bedroom flat. I’ve included pictures of both my current room and my flatmate’s room. I’m potentially moving into his room once he moved out and wanted to show you both!

Base rent is £537, with bills being around £200 (Including Gas, electric, water, wifi and council tax). I can provide a breakdown of the bills when I do interviews.

The room is unfurnished!

With the current flatmate moving out, some amenities will need to be bought by me / brought by yourself if you have them. All white goods are included.

The flat is right in the centre of Clifton Village, close to many pubs and cafes. This is a top floor flat and the stairs are a killer, but the view is beautiful!
