My flatmate is moving in with her partner, so I’m looking for someone to take her room, chill with me on the balcony and maybe join for a dinner party. How about you?

Spacious double room with a floor-to-ceiling shuttered sash window that opens onto the balcony. Comes completely unfurnished.

THE ROOMIE
I’m Lily, I’m 32 and work in advertising (the creative side). The bedrooms are big, and the communal area is snug, so I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy and is happy to handle half the bills. And importantly, is looking for a home vibe.

Work-wise I WFH, co-work and go up to London each month; life-wise I gym, gig, read, cinema and generally potter around.
