Hi! I currently live with 4 lovely girls who are students in different stages of education (PhDs, law conversions, masters etc) in a friendly houseshare and I'm planning to move out at the start of next month for a different location so I'm looking for someone to take over the last couple months of rent.
The room that will be available is a furnished (desk, double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers) good sized double room in a newly renovated 5 bed and 4 bathroom house on Hotwell road right next to a bunch of lovely pubs and a corner shop.
Downstairs has a TV and sofa and dining table, and a washer dryer area just off from the kitchen. The rent and bills total to 760 a month.
