Double room in great Clifton location
I'm looking for a tenant to fill my room starting ASAP from 19th May until the end of August.
It's in a really nice 3-bedroom flat with two balconies, in an ideal location on Pembroke Road. Situated less than a 25 minute walk from the city centre and under 20 minutes from Clifton Downs.
The other tenants are two guys aged 27-31, both working in the Wildlife Film industry in Bristol. They're very easygoing, clean and great housemates. We're all pretty independent but we'll sometimes cook and watch movies together in the evenings, and like to go for drinks or get outside for a hike on the rare occasions that Bristol gets some sunshine...
We're looking for someone who is similarly easygoing and friendly, if you're outdoorsy, social and like looking after houseplants then that would be a bonus! It would be ideal for someone who is working/studying in Bristol over the summer or anyone who has just moved to Bristol and wants a great central location to get to know the city and get settled.
The room and whole house are fully furnished, bills are not included and the Council Tax band is D.
