Large single room, sharing house with father and t

Father and son looking for a lodger, furnished large single room in Greenbank Easton with great sense of community.
Lovely house , the room is light and airy and overlooks the Bristol to Bath cycle path.
We are both pretty chill and sociable. We both like going out but also quiet time. We are looking for somebody, a female, that can be understanding to a father, teenage son relationship, tidy up after themselves and perhaps share an evening meal together some of the time.
The house has an extended kitchen with access to the garden, a shared bathroom on the 1st floor, my son has his own bathroom in the loft. There is also a sitting room with log burner and tv. I work 4 days a week and my son attends college for 3 days.
We also have a very affectionate cat named Raf.
