Looking for fabulous new housemate in Easton

House in Easton is looking to fill a large double bedroom.

Professionals or mature students only.

House is queer friendly and ideally looking for she/her, she/they or they/them to join two wonderful women and a friendly cat.

The house has a communal atmosphere, and we enjoy spending time together, particularly in the garden. House dinners happen semi-regularly and we’d love a housemate who want to be involved with this kind of vibe – we’re all omnivores and will happily cook vegan or veggie food for shared dinners, but this is not a meat free house.

We also share responsibility for food staples and household essentials like toilet roll – again, we would like a housemate that is on board with this style of living. This is not a party house – more of a glass of wine/cup of tea in the garden type house.

Housemates are in their late 20’s and approaching 30. One housemate is a teacher, and one is a folk musician and trainee music therapist – both enjoy exercise, music, food and have large active friendship groups, several of who also live nearby in Easton – there are often friends dropping in and out of the house to say hello.

The room is £466 per month, not including bills. Council tax, bills, wifi and our cleaner who comes twice a month generally comes to around an additional £170 per month, so around £640 per month in total. The room is semi-furnished, it comes with a double bed and mattress but no other furniture. The rest of the house and communal areas are furnished.

Our landlord is a close friend of the housemates and currently lives in New Zealand – but is very active if things ever need fixing.

We’d like to properly meet anyone who is interested in the room – either for dinner, visit to the pub or to come round for a cup of tea. It’s very important to us to find the right person 😊
