Hello All,

We are 2 Full-Time Professionals looking for a third housemate to join our spacious three story townhouse in Horfield. The house is just off Filton Ave, close to the top of Gloucester Road and a 10 minute walk from Filton Abbey Wood train station. There is on-street parking available and the house has good bus links into town nearby. We are very close to small convenient stores, a Boston Tea Party and a 15-20 minute walk from Asda.

Rent will be £550 per month and bills come to around £140 each on top of that.

You’ll enjoy being sociable at the weekend, but we keep it pretty chilled during the week. We enjoy a mixture of WFH and going into the office, each week is a bit different. In our evenings and weekends we like watching TV shows and/or films together, love a good chat and a brew, but also like to spend time in our own space doing our own thing.

We ask for you to be clean and tidy respecting the shared spaces in the house - bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room and kitchen. We have a long garden and a garage which is a bonus, and thankfully the landlord enjoys keeping the garden tidy. You’ll use the desk area in the living room if you need to work from home.
