I need somebody to take over my tenancy starting July 1st in a lovely 5 bedroom house on Gloucester Road, living with 4 other UWE students. The girls socialise together a lot so would be nice for somebody who wants to be friends as well as housemates. Rent is £600, a deposit of £630 needs to be paid by May 31st. Bills are about £50 a month. Parking available around the corner. I don’t have any photos of the room but can put you in contact with the other girls who can show you!
