Double Room in Quiet Redland

Hi!

We're Ollie and Tom and we've got a spacious 1st floor room available in a 3 bed house in the quiet, cosy area of Redland! The room comes unfurnished but includes original fireplace feature and north west facing window. The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee machine and the bathroom/shower is kept bright and clean.

The house is only a few minutes walk from the shopping areas of Whiteladies Rd/Cotham Hill in one direction, Gloucester Rd/Redland Train Station in the other, a 25/30min walk to the city centre and the Downs to the north! Plus, it's right across the street from the local pub!

As for us, we're both sociable, tidy, quiet professionals who enjoy spending time together in the bright, south-facing living room. We both work during the day (Tom at home as a freelance Animator and Ollie in a comic book shop) but love hanging out in the evenings, especially watching films/shows (inc. regular cinema trips!)

We would be looking for someone easy going, clean (this is a must!) and preferably in a creative/creative-adjacent industry, but are open to any applicants. We wouldn't be a big party house but of course are happy to welcome friends/partners over!

Rent is £650 plus bills and a £600 deposit (held in a deposit protection scheme)

The house is in Council Tax band B and you would be in charge of the energy bill (which would be repaid to you)
