Lovely Double Room in Southville
Hello!
We are looking for a fourth flat mate to join our house share in the popular area of Southville! It is a great location just a few minutes walk from north street/ a 15 min walk from the harbour-side.
The room is a spacious double on the first floor. A but about us- We all work 9-5ish jobs Monday- Friday but on the evenings/ weekends you will likely find us on a walk somewhere/ in a pub or just chilling watching tv. We all met on SpareRoom
and have really enjoyed our time in this house share!
Bills are excluded but come to approx £120 a month. There is the potential for this room to come partly furnished but we can discuss this on application.
