Property is close to bus routes to Aylesbury and Watford. 10 minute drive to Wendover station (Chiltern Line to Marylebone ) or Tring (Midland line to Euston). Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, utility and garden. Broadband available. TV point in room.

I work from home, but have quite an active family and social life. My interests are reading, cooking, radio, gardening and travel. I am quite a tidy person and like the kitchen area to be kept clean and tidy. I tend to eat later, so kitchen usually available until about 7.30pm. Also prefer not to have late night frying! Plenty of utensils available to use if you are a keen cook. No freezer space, but fridge available for sharing.

My last lodger has been with me for 12 months, but is moving out of the area.
