Large Double Room for single occupancy in large well maintained and friendly house. The double room is fully furnished.

Wireless Broadband is available if you have a Laptop. Comes with off street parking.

The use of a big kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, cutlery & crockery etc.

Communial areas get cleaned every week.

Shared lounge with sofa, tv, dvd & sky with all channels including sky sports.

Im looking for easy going professional and considerate people.

All facilities and bills included in the rent. Bus stop just outside the house for anyone who doesn't drive.

The double room is for £105 per week in advance which includes all bills, rent is paid weekly.

NOTE:
NO DEPOSIT is required.

** The first and last week's rent must be paid in advance at the start of the tenancy. This will not be returned at the end of the tenancy, as it is NOT A DEPOSIT **

References will also be required.
