There is a hard standing area at the front of the property enabling off –road parking for 3 – 4 cars.
The secluded rear garden has a patio and lawn. It is looked after by our gardener so you can enjoy it without all the work. There is also a shed for storing bikes etc.

The large room is carpeted and fully furnished, with a large window. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
The room has a TV point should you wish to also have a TV in your room.

All utility bills (i. e. Gas, Electricity, Water, TV License, Internet ) are included in the room price, so there are no surprises/arguments when the bills come in. Council Tax is also included. A weekly cleaner is provided for all communal areas.
