Double Room 15 min walk from Aylesbury Town Centre
Hi there!
I own an end of terraced house in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 min walk from Aylesbury Town Centre (50min train journey into London Marylebone). I have a double room available from the 22nd March 2014 for £450 a month including all bills (water, electricity, WiFi internet, gas, Contents insurance, council tax, tv license).
My house has a full kitchen and living room downstairs and two double rooms and bathroom with power shower upstairs. The spare bedroom has a wardrobe, desk, TV point and double bed with mattress in it.
About myself:
I am a 31 year old male shift worker currently based in Hemel Hempstead. I am a non-smoker and have a well behaved affectionate dog called Otto. In my spare time I volunteer for a Children's charity which offers a multitude of outdoor activities.
I am looking for someone from any background of any age or gender.
