We have a Lovely large Double room to let in a newly decorated 3 Bed detached house on a quiet road close to Aylesbury town centre.

The room measures 13 feet by 13 feet with a large set of bay windows, we have net curtains for the windows which will be put up to add more privacy just in case you were thinking people may see in, the room has multiple plug sockets and a tv socket, it really is large, the picture doesnt give the full scope.

The house also benefits from a driveway for you to park your car on if you have one, front and rear gardens and double glazing throughout. A modern kitchen and bathroom including bath & shower, 2 reception rooms one with a lovely large HD tv in it for watching films etc and 100 Meg Virgin Fibre Optic Broadband.

We are looking for someone aged ideally between 20-50 (but any other age wil be considered depending on how much we have in common etc) who is fun, friendly, relaxed and appreciates a nice well kept home. Someone who loves a good film night after a hard days work or a chat about their day would be perfect.

The price stated is for rent only, all other bills such as Council tax, gas, electric, water etc are shared between all 3 of us equally whenever they are due however the bills are always low so dont panic.

We are long term renters and plan to stay at this property for many more years because its a lovely house so long term stayers are ideal, the room is available immediately and really has to be seen. I wanted to put more photos on but we were only allowed 5, sorry.
