The house is well maintained with good layout. Large kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, American style fridge freezer, separate dining area and utility with washing machine.

Room 1 - large double bed, large double wardrobe with 4 drawers, bedside table and blackout curtains.

Room 2 - smaller double, beside table and canvas wardrobe with clothes rail and shelves.

I have my own en-suite bathroom. These two rooms share the main bathroom with bath and wall shower, basin and toilet.

My house is sold, with completion expected at the end of June, hence the 2 month min/max stay. I can be flexible for a shorter period should you find an onward property sooner.
