Front room is big with a large and very comfortable L shaped sofa, blu ray DVD player (playstation) Sky, Sky Movies and Sky Sports, which can be viewed in the room with Sky Go.
Ideally someone that works full time, fun, can have a laugh and can keep things clean.
Deposit not required. Would also consider Monday - Friday rental.
