Double fully furnished to rent
Choice of two double fully furnished bedrooms to rent in Aylesbury. Mon-Fri tenants would be preferred but we would also consider a full time lodger. We have broadband and sky (including sports!) there is parking available out the front.
We are asking for £350 for Mon-Fri and £400 for full time for the smaller double room or £450 Mon-Fri and £500 for full time for the large double room. The bathroom on the middle floor is not used by us so the rooms are not en suite but tenant would have your own bathroom.
We are 30 and 21, and both work full time so need someone that appreciates the need to sleep between 11pm-6am. Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon.
