Hello and thank you for looking at the add. We are offering a room within a new build 4 bed 3 leveled house, the room advertised is a large furnished double room with en-suite. You will also have unlimited access to WiFi and digital TV.

You will also have full use of the large kitchen/diner and all the kitchen amenities - dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Lodging with two professionals who own the house. Both of us work long days, out early and back 6/7/8pm during the week.

We are a sociable couple but at the same time would like to be able to enjoy the space we have worked hard to own by haveing our own quite time therefore are aiming for this to be more of a room let rather than a house share. Use of lounge if we are not home or using it.

We have two rabbits that can mostly be found in either the living room or garden, playing or just lazing about keeping the grass short.

we are looking for clean and tidy professionals, who are friendly, well mannered and conscientious.
We are both sociable on weekends and would be happy to have someone who would like a night down the pub/out on weekends.

The room has a double bed (very comfy memory foam) a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV with digital channels. The room itself offers stunning views over green belt fields and a river.
The area is very quiet, walking distance to shops and easy accessible parking.
If the lodger has a bike then there is use of a garage to store.
