I am looking to rent my recently renovated 3-bedroom flat.

The flat comprises of:
3 large double bedrooms, a newly refurbished kitchen, a newly fitted bathroom, a lounge, hallway, stairs and landing.

The flat is on the third and fourth floor of the block of flats. It has a new gas boiler and double glazing throughout.

The flat has undergone modernisation and refurbishment, so is in good condition throughout.

Downstairs

The lounge is the room directly in front of you when you enter the flat. It has the aerial socket and the phone point.

The kitchen is a U-shaped kitchen with a walnut worktop, dark grey tiles on the floor and white cupboard doors. There are plenty of drawers and cupboard space for storage. There is a tall fridge freezer and a under the counter washing machine, which I will leave.

There are a number of local shops within walking distance. There are schools and colleges close by, and two train stations with a direct line to London Marylebone are both within easy reach.
