The flat is on the third and fourth floor of the block of flats. It has a new gas boiler and double glazing throughout.

The flat has undergone modernisation and refurbishment, so is in good condition throughout.

Downstairs

The lounge is the room directly in front of you when you enter the flat. It has the aerial socket and the phone point.

Kitchen. (2. 3m x 3m)
The kitchen is a U-shaped kitchen with a walnut worktop, dark grey tiles on the floor and white cupboard doors. There are plenty of drawers and cupboard space for storage. There is a tall fridge freezer and a under the counter washing machine, which I will leave.

Bedroom 3. (2. 5m x 3. 8m)
This is also a large double bedroom with space for a double bed with two bedside tables either side of the bed. There is space for a desk and a double wardrobe.
