This is a Monday to Friday let only. Although if short stay (under 1 month) weekends would then be ok.
We have a double room with a bathroom next door, fully furnished, warm and clean.
The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached with a bathroom on the landing. My partner & i have our own on-suite so you would only share this with my son.
Our home has a shared lounge, big kitchen dining room, downstairs loo. Utility room and nice sized garden. There is a garage for storing any sports stuff, bikes etc. There is parking for one car but no problems parking outside on the road. Its a very quiet cul-de-sac. Lovely neighbours. 15 minute work to main line station and town centre.
Broadband and Sky TV. Bills included except for house phone. We have a weekly cleaner. We have one cat.
The room will be available from 22nd July as my current lodger is relocating.
