I have a large double room to rent which is situated in a quite area on Berryfields, exactly one mile from Aylesbury Vale train station.

I am looking for a clean and tidy female to rent my 2nd bedroom. I am quite laid back and would like someone similar to rent the room. I take pride in my home and would want someone to respect my furniture and other things in the home.

The second bedroom is on the 1st floor with the main bathroom. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor with en-suite, which means we both get additional privacy as the bedrooms are on different floors.

The room is available from the 10th January.
