Single room for rent in the centre of Fairford Leys, close to all local amenities including restaurants and local supermarket. Ample free parking available nearby and there is bus stop close by also into the town centre.

Rental room comes with single bed which can be pulled out into a double. A large wardrobe and storage space is also provided. Own bathroom is provided too with bath and hand shower. No smoking or pets are allowed anywhere within the flat complex, however there is a smoking area outside.

Inside the flat, communal areas include kitchen equipped with cooker, microwave and washer/dryer. Living room has large sofa and small dining table. High speed wifi and all bills are included in the rent.

I am very respectful and a people person but due to working long hours I am looking for only single Professionals or Students (no couples) who are respectable and tidy. Proof of employment or studies required and right to live in the U. K. documents needed. No alcoholics or drug abusers please.

Month in hand deposit needed for security purposes to be paid before tenant moves in and will be repaid at the end of rental agreement if no damage has been caused to the property or furniture and fittings.
