Modern Flat next to NFTS

Hello!

Me and my flatmate had a lot of fun and care for this flat and now it is time to move on. Our contract ends on Dec 5th but I have already bought my flying tickets to the new place where I will be living. I will be flying on Oct 27th.

The reason why we are writing this ad is because if we can find someone to move in on Oct 27th and settle a contract we can refund our money from the month of November. My flatmate can also move out on the same date.

The flat will be empty, no furniture. I can donate some furniture of mine. It has two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen integrated, a bathroom and a shower room. You could consider buddying up with someone else or if you are a couple this place is perfect for you!

The rent is 1300 per month without bills. Me and my flatmate were paying 650 each + 128 of bills (gas, water, electricity and internet).
