Average sized single room in Bierton, Aylesbury

Newly decorated single room in Bierton, Aylesbury with new carpet. House is in a quiet location 1 mile from Aylesbury and close to bus (100yds) and trains (1mile). In the house are myself (single mum) and my two girls (6 and 11) plus our Spanish au pair. The bedroom is on the ground floor with a shower room adjacent to the room (not en-suite). There is driveway parking and tenants can use kitchen and garden areas. We have a young cockerpoo, so must like dogs. Room has single bed with drawers, shelves and bedside table. No telly but aerial point provided and wifi. We are a really friendly easygoing household. There is a garage for storing bikes and small amours of other things subject to agreement.
