You will be staying in a new build semi-detached located on a quiet cul-de-sac road, with the landlords who are a professional couple. As it is a new development the house and the area are very clean and modern. The bedroom is furnished with carpet, blinds, double mirror, double bed, and bedside drawers. As well as the bedroom, you will have access to the shared bathroom, shared kitchen and shared garden. Included also one parking space and Wi-Fi.

The house is built on Bletchley Park land so you are literally a few seconds walk from the famous Bletchley Park as well as being 2 minutes walk from Bletchley Train Station from where London Midland and Southern Trains provide fast and frequent service to London (Euston), Bedford, Birmingham (including direct train to Birmingham International Airport) etc. The house is 1 minute walk away from Milton Keynes College where there is a hair and beauty salon, brasserie and gym. We are close to the M1 and to Stadium MK Centre which hosts shopping, Odeon cinema, popular eateries and the ever popular MK Dons Football Stadium. We are also 5 minuteswalk away from Bletchley Bus station which serves all of Milton Keynes so you have easy access to the Centre.

We can accept short term rentals (for a week or more) should you need to do this on a one-off or rolling basis.

Rent is payable in advance. The deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy. Please also note that you will be charged a £50 non-refundable admin fee before the tenancy starts which will go towards obtaining your references.

House rules include no shoes or food upstairs as the carpet is new, and no Beef in the house.
