The room is suitable for someone who is working in the area and is looking for affordable, clean accommodation, and arriving Monday, to leave on Fridays am only, and not for someone who is looking for a permanent home. The room is not available Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. (eg this is a Mon/Friday let)! Shared use of the kitchen area which has a small sofa and television. The bedroom has a TV also. Other parts of the house are private. A parking space is available if needed. Must have own mobile phone as use of landline is not included. Rent paid weekly please, and tenant should be clean and tidy. Within walking distance of Buckingham town centre, and a bus stop is close by also. Room cleaned weekly with a change of bedding. Own towels only needed.

No children live in the property making it suitable for someone who is looking for a quiet place to wind down after work. Sorry, NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE AT HOME EVERYDAY.
