Looking for a quiet but friendly lodger. My home is perfect for winding down after work. Close to good restaurants & coffee shops. Can provide meals if needed.
Monday to Friday let ã90pw or short term business let. (or poss full time). Must like pets as I have a dog & 2 cats! Oh and some fish!
I am a live in landlord. My house is 5 mins walk from town centre & very close to the Uni.
Not suitable for a couple. Single person only. Re phone -No use of land line. Room has own tv/DVD. Room cleaned weekly & towels & bedding washed weekly.
